With 16 years as an attorney at Nurenberg, Paris, Heller & McCarthy, Benjamin P. Wiborg has represented over 3,000 workers that have been injured on the job. Benjamin sees all types of injuries from our clients such as slip and falls, back and neck injuries, and burns, just to name a few. His practice focuses exclusively on representing workers that have been injured in the workplace. In addition, Benjamin handles both the administrative and litigation components to a workers’ compensation claim.
Benjamin has been selected as a Super Lawyer since 2023. He serves on the Board of Trustees from Cleveland State University Law Alumni Association. He served as chair for the workers’ compensation section of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association (CMBA).
Benjamin frequently gives lectures, participates in interviews for local publications, and continues to educate the community on their rights for workers’ compensation.

- This was an appeal filed by Defendant Employer GCRTA disputing the sought conditions of “post-concussive syndrome,” “major depressive disorder,” and “generalized anxiety disorder.” After four day trial, the jury found that our client could participate in the Workers’ Compensation system for all three conditions.
- 31-year old injured on the job when a strap holding a steel plate overhead broke causing the plate to fall on the workers’ left upper and lower extremities. Case settled for $290,000 with medical treatment for injuries to remain open for life.
